Hotel Staff       : Good morning and welcome to Paradise Haven Hotel! My name is Sarah, and I'm here to assist you during your stay. May I ask for the name under which the reservation was made?

Guest              : Hi Sarah! I’m Ron and this is my wife, Linda. We're the Smiths. We have a reservation for a double room.

Hotel Staff       : Wonderful, Mr. and Mrs. Smith! We're delighted to have you with us. Your comfort is our top priority. You'll be staying in our elegant Ocean View Suite on the 5th floor. The room number is 512. I'm sure you'll love the stunning view of the ocean from your balcony.

Guest              : That sounds fantastic! Thank you, Sarah. We're really looking forward to it
